What does unlimited graphic designs mean?

Unlimited means you can request as many design tasks per month as you see fit. We will complete these requests one at a time until we finish your queue of requests. You are free to use us as much or as little as you see fit. Don't forget, they are human, so you won't get everything back insta-magically, but you'll never be limited with how much you can send in.

What's the catch?

There's no catch. Seriously. We've worked with thousands of clients including startups, small businesses etc. creating hundreds of thousands of requests with our service. We've created a custom design software on top of a bullet-proof process to deliver great designs, with a great experience, at a flat-rate.

How fast can I expect to receive designs?

Everything we do takes at least 1-2 business days, sometimes more. Something that's complicated or has a lot of moving parts will obviously take more time. So, we will make this clear to you ahead of time.

What types of graphic design work can I request with Designhill's Monthly Subscription Service?

The majority of our clients use us for marketing materials such as social media graphics, flyers, banner ads and so forth. Super complex tasks such as website redesigns aren’t a good fit for Designhill Tasks. Our service is best used for creative requests that you can reasonably explain/show in an email. Online, offline, digital, print, promotional, event t-shirts!

If you have a graphic design need, first ask yourself:

Can I reasonably explain or show what I want in an email?

If the answer is yes, great! If you feel like you need a phone call, meeting, or advice or guidance on what to create for your business – Designhill Tasks may not be the best fit for you. However, you can get what you are looking for through one of our other services such as One to One Projects, Custom Services or Design Contests.

Designhill does have its limitations.

What types of graphic design work is NOT included in the Monthly Subscription Service?

Original logos or branding
Video or motion graphics
Complex illustrations
Original infographics
Photoshop art or complex photo manipulation
Large InDesign projects (8 or more pages)
Large copy-heavy layout projects (8 or more pages)
Magazine layouts
3D / CAD
HTML / CSS / UI / UX / web, mobile or app design
Programming/coding

Remember: if you can explain your request in an email, and it’s not on the list above, we’ll do our best to execute it. If the answer is yes, great! If you feel like you need a phone call, meeting, or advice or guidance on what to create for your business – Designhill Tasks may not be the best fit for you. However, you can get what you are looking for through one of our other services such as One to One Projects, Custom Services or Design Contests.

How long will revisions take?

Revisions will take at minimum 1 business day. We will make it clear to you ahead of time if we expect this to take longer than 1 business day.

How many designs will you work on at one time?

We work on one task a time. This means until your task is completed and finished with the revision process we will not start the next task.

I need more than 100 designs a week, can you do that?

You can send in as many requests as you want and your designer will work through them like a production line. Sometimes our timelines take longer than your business needs. In that case we recommend additional accounts or working with another design service to meet your deadlines.

How long does it take to get started?

After you sign up, you will receive a welcome email that outlines how to request your first design task. You must also complete on boarding which includes listing of your first design task, which takes 1-2 business days. Once you send in your first task we will hand-match you to your dedicated account manager and designer (plan permitting) and you will be on your way to getting great designs!

Who owns the work you create?

You do! All work delivered to you via Designhill’s services is 100% the property of you and can be used however you see fit. Commercial use is fine, just give us a head’s up beforehand. We will sometimes feature client work on our Work Samples page or in other marketing material. If you'd prefer to be excluded from this, let us know.
